A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 pm at Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home (1315 W Washington St. – West Bend, WI 53095) with Pastor Joe Brath officiating. The family will greet relatives and friends on Friday at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until the time of service.
